The company’s core business activity covered by the Quality Management system is related to the development, publishing & distribution of directories.

The company has developed its Quality Management System in line with the ISO 9001:2000 standard. The Quality System provides a framework that ensures clear and consistent understanding of the company’s undivided attention towards delivering a quality service.

In 1999 Yellow Pages (Malta) Ltd acquired the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and is the first publishing house in Malta and Gozo with this accreditation.
